Each photo session is also personally booked, photographed and edited by the same person, meaning there is no outsourcing of your images to help guarantee the best possible result. Most real estate photography images are typically delivered within 2 business days of the session being completed. Delivery on Custom/Platinum sessions will be quoted at the time of booking

Real Estate Photography Prices & Packages

Here you will find a summary for the types of photo packages that are available for your property. Properties that are filled with natural light, have beach views or are exceptionally dark at dusk are best suited for Daylight sessions. A Twilight session may be more suitable if your property has great downlighting throughout with views at dusk of the city, hinterland or a clear view from Coolangatta looking north over the bay to the city. Each package listed includes a Standard Real Estate Photography License only and are not suitable for portfolio, display or off-the-plan listings.

Display & Portfolio packages are designed for those who are wanting something a little more from their session. With more elaborate sessions and extensive post production designed to take your project to the next level. These sessions are a perfect fit for developers, builders and project co-ordinator where the images can be used as part of a real estate listing as well as in your own portfolio. Each package listed includes an Extended Real Estate Photography License by default, allowing for multiple agents/agencies to use the images as part of your marketing campaign.

Edited with Reality in Mind

Real estate is a busy industry and as such, Gold Coast Property Photography now outsources editing when required to only the best suppliers available. Previously, I had completed all editing myself, but as the market demand increases and schedules are becoming busier, I simply could not keep up with the workload while balancing all the hours of editing. By personally seeking out the best editors I could find, a portion of the images are now edited by team that aims to match my editing style as best as possible. Once the bulk of the editing is complete, every photo that is delivered is personally inspected, tweaked and finalised by myself. Although trusting the time consuming process of blending to dedicated editors is a great help, I fully believe the only person who can know how the property looked in person is the photographer. So quality checking the images as a whole along with the final adjustments to brightness, saturation and cropping is all done personally to ensure accurate, consistent and timely delivery of your images. Each photo is also edited with accuracy at the forefront of every session. By keeping all images looking both appealing while being realistic and natural, those who are genuinely interested in your property's listing are more likely to be serious when they arrive onsite and aren't disappointed by misleading images that can be common across the real estate industry.
